Mumbai Indians will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 33rd match of the Indian Premier League. They finally broke a streak of four losses in a row with a dominating win over Punjab Kings in the previous match by chasing down 245 which is the second highest successful chase in history of IPL. This should be a closely fought game.   

Best economical pick – Aniket Verma has been in good form for SRH so far this season and he will be a handy budget pick against this opposition.

Top captains & vice captains – Suryakumar Yadav has a stunning record in this format and has done well for both India and Mumbai Indians. He scored a half century in the previous match and we can back him to do well. Travis Head is an aggressive batter at the top of the order and had a great season last time scoring 567 runs in 15 matches. He scored a half century in the previous match. 

Smart pick – Jasprit Bumrah will spearhead the bowling attack for Mumbai Indians and will be a top pick against this opposition.

Cautious Pick – Rohit Sharma's performance in IPL 2025 has been notably poor so far, with scores of 0, 8, 13, 17, and 18 across five matches, totaling just 56 runs and failing to make a significant impact at the top of the order. Despite his experience and pedigree, his form struggles have pushed him into an "Impact Player" role rather than a regular starter, and experts suggest Mumbai Indians might consider moving him down the batting order to relieve pressure and help him regain form. Given this ongoing lack of form and low scores, it would be reasonable to avoid selecting Rohit Sharma in your fantasy team at this stage of IPL 2025, as he has not shown the consistency or big-scoring potential expected from him so far this season.
